Since the inception of Heavenly Cuisine Custom Catering, Chef Mark has been blending his own line of salad dressings for his customers.  Many customers would ask him to bottle them, but he chose to keep the dressings for his client events.  During the pandemic, things changed.  Heavenly Cuisine was forced to close their doors for 18 months.  Having no income, Chef Mark resorted to reaching out to neighboring civic organizations, local boy scout groups, and organizations, who like him, were struggling to make ends meet. 

He and a group of his closest entrepreneur friends came up with drive by dinners for the area.  Many of the organizations joined and together, splitting the profits and together they all were able to stay afloat during a very trying time.  As our patrons purchased these dinners, every one of them would contain a sampling of one of the homemade dressings that Chef would provide as part of the meal.  Again, many asked if this would be possible to bottle.  At that point, Chef Mark agreed.   Within 2 weeks of bottling the first batch, to his amazement, 300 bottles were sold.   The rest they say, is History!!!

The Difference

Our dressings are made in small batches then hand bottled.   We pride ourselves on quality ingredients. Our recipes are simple, but the flavors are superb.  The best thing about this, is a little goes a long way.  

Our Ingredients

We use Olive oil, sugar, and top quality vinegar in each of our dressings, then finish them off with the appropriate spices or seasonings to get the right taste for each one.  

Well Dressed™ White Balsamic Vinaigrette

Our best seller is a great addition to any salad.  It can also be a great marinade for poultry and pork.  It has a very soft tart yet sweet refreshing finish.  Our customers rave about this dressing, stating it is the best salad dressing that they ever had.  

Well Dressed™ Raspberry Vinaigrette

No far behind the White Balsamic Vinaigrette, is the Raspberry Vinaigrette.  It is great with Fruit salads, poultry, we even sprinkle it on our rice.  We add raspberry puree to this to give it a healthy raspberry flavor.  If you like the flavor of raspberry, give this one a try.  

Well Dressed™ Apple Pie Vinaigrette

Chef Mark came up with this recipe for an Octoberfest dinner.  He liked it so much; it has made it in his top three.  This is a great marinade on pork and ham.  In the fall it goes great with anything that you make with pumpkin.  On a salad it is simply heavenly.  If you take a taste of this dressing, you would swear that you are tasting liquid apple pie.
